Self experiences have the best learning potential. The pain & the emotional upheaval that accompanies when one is wrongly punished despite being innocent, sharpens one’s ability to deeply understand the situation and empathize will stand impaired.
Leadership that develops people thru real time exposures to new situations, teaches better than a hundred class room developmental sessions – irrespective of these experience being winning or losing.
Innocence serves as our mental and emotional filter. It helps us consciously choose to engage with concepts, content, and conversations that strengthen and empower us while refraining us from those that weaken or undermine us.
Self realisation is the best teacher. Unless your innocence is wrongly punished & curtailed and you succeed in subsequently breaking through and restoring the rewards, your own treatment of the innocence and appreciation of others will not change
