  • At HZL, the leaders believe in taking bold bets. It means that they don’t wait for a potential person to be 100 percent ready for a position before they give the role to them. According to the company, if an individual has potential and she or he is even 50-60 percent ready for the role, the entire ecosystem synchronises to give them that opportunity and to be in that chair. The entire system starts supporting the person to make them successful.
  • Majority of the employees who have spent more than four or five years in the company, have seen more than one location and served in more than one function.
