Also there is a significant relationship between organizations offering DEIB training and changes in their organization’s culture, according to a new interesting researchpublished byReliasentitled “2023 State of Healthcare Training and Staff Development Report” using data from 3,908 respondents, including healthcare leaders, learning and development (L&D) staff, and individual contributors between late May and early June 2023.
