  • For the last couple of years, close to 20 per cent of the company’s workforce each year have had some form of movement.

With its commercial headquarters at Gurugram in Delhi-NCR, Philips has a total employee strength of approximately 9,000 employees in India.

The manufacturing plant has about 500 blue-collar professionals while majorly the workforce consists of white-collar employees.

The company’s largest centre is at Bengaluru, Karnataka with its research and development, digital capability and IT centres all being situated here.
