In fact, 82% of job seekers say their ideal recruiter interaction is a mix between innovative technology and personal, human interaction. A recent survey by Allegis found 66% of candidates were comfortable interacting with a chatbot for interview scheduling and preparation. Recruiters can use a chatbot to help automate many different time-consuming tasks such as: -collecting information from candidates -asking screening questions about candidates’ qualifications -ranking candidates on metrics such as qualifications or recent activity -answering FAQs about the job -scheduling an interview with a human recruiter All of this information can be collected in real life and simultaneously from thousands of candidates. This information is then fed into an ATS or sent directly to a human recruiter to follow
