💡 Employees most wanted their employer to focus on employee benefits, rewards, recognition and wellbeing in 2024.
🔥 Researchers have noticed that employees now want their direct managers to support their wellbeing and this is a significant change as they replace human resources professionals in this role.
🎉 While pay is key, 44% of employees said that a company that cares about their wellbeing is more important than a 10% pay raise.
❌ A full 2 in 5 employees don’t remember being recognized by a manager or senior leader in the last 12 months, and 60% said they’d like to be recognized more, according to a new interesting research published by Reward Gateway Edenred using data 📊 from 1,000 people in companies with more than 100 employees in the U.S. (aged 18+).
