NEW DELHI: In a bid to emerge as a leading global airline under the Tatas, Air India has chosen “Workplace from Meta” to engage with its over 11,000 employees. AI says this reflects its “commitment to strengthen the organisation’s communication” as it transforms by having a simple and effective way to interact with both existing employees and new entrants.“Coinciding with India’s 75th Independence Day, ‘Workplace from Meta’ will provide AI’s employees a platform that promotes more open communication and information sharing within and across all levels of the organisation… and boosts employee engagement.
