5 Effective Steps to Getting a Good eNPS Score as an Employer

By | Bhavika Sharma One of the best ways to track employee experience at the workplace is with eNPS or  Employee Net Promoter Scores. You can use professional NPS software and surveys to  collect data about employee loyalty, engagement and satisfaction, and then use this data to  measure your eNPS score.  Of course, knowing this score is only the first step. You also need to figure out where you  need to improve as an employer, so you can get an even better score in the future!  Here are 5 steps you should take for a good   eNPS   score:  1. Don’t Waste Time – An eNPS survey doesn’t take long, so set one up as early as possible.  This will give you more time to collect ratings, identify issues and start dealing with them. It  also shows employees that their satisfaction and engagement are important to you.  Since every company faces a certain amount of turnover every year, annual surveys may not  cut it. While you shouldn’t collect NPS scores too often, make sure you’re conducting  surveys on a regular basis. It’s a good idea to set these up either twice a year or every  quarter.  2. Ask for Feedback – Following up on eNPS surveys is essential, so encourage your  employees to share feedback about why they selected a certain rating. This gives you a  better understanding of your strengths as an employer, as well as issues you might need to …
