How does a great learning experience deliver value to the business?

Learning has to come with questions: How will it provide value to the business? How are you going to measure that? What indicators in the business do you want to see a change in?

Great learning experiences should deliver value to the individual, by opening up new opportunities and career paths. Great learning experience should also create value for the organisation.
