Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore is one of the first five IIMs established in the country. The premier management institute was set up in the year 1996. Currently it is ranked at 8, all over India in the National National Institutional Ranking Framework 2023.

Among its list of many illustrious pass-outs, IIM Indore boasts of alumni such as Hussain Haidry, co-founder and CEO of Zomato, and founders of Bewakoof.com, Avinash Sethi, Siddharth Sethi.

IIM Indore, for the academic year 2022-23 declared 100% completion of Final placements for the outgoing MBA batch of 2021-23.

According to the IIM report, over 160 recruiters gave offers to 568 students of two year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and Integrated Programme in Management (IPM).

The report states, recruiters showed increased interest and enthusiasm during the placement season, engaging with a diverse range of firms extending offers across multiple domains. These domains included Consulting, Finance, General Management, Human Resources, Operations, Information Technology, Analytics, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
