INTRODUCTION

While workplace employee happiness can affect everything in your business from ethnicity to productivity as a whole, many still don’t understand how much cut-off employees can affect every division of your business.

To maintain a good atmosphere in the organization, an employee must be kept happy and calm. Most employees say their jobs are both satisfied and betrothed.

Here are some behaviors which tell they don’t like the workplace or office which you can take into consideration before its too late.

Choosing an office space is never a small thing for a business owner.

There are many important factors to consider, ignoring which would ruin productivity of employees and interest in the workplace, which in turn affects the business. Now that you’ve moved to an office space and have been operating there for quite a while ; so are your employees happy with their workplace?

If you notice any of these behaviors in your staff, they may not be happy with the office space in which they work! What are those behavior that tell that employees are unhappy with their workplace?

Here are a few which needs employer’s attention.

Exhausted :

Do not mistake the dedication of exhaustion. If you notice an employee running on the ground with the amount of work they take on, you should know this can only last so long before the employee gets completely overwhelmed and burned out.

They can only work at full potential for so long before they become depleted, broken and unmotivated, no matter how ambitious or engaged an employee once was. Upon finally realizing what the stress of the job is doing to their health, the employee will more than likely look elsewhere for a less demanding position.

Late Coming

In most companies, late arrival is quite common, but what does it say when most of your employees often arrive late? Something is saying! It is a silent warning that the employees are not happy with their workplace, and to make it interesting for them, you need to make some changes on the workplace.

Why would employees come late when confronted with their work and the workplace? Employers need to see if they can do anything to increase the interest of their employees in the workplace. But it’s out of hands, you need to think about immediately changing the office space.

Frequent Breaks

Breaks are, of course, the minute refreshments that every employee would love to have to
be productive in their minds. But what does it mean if you can’t see your staff in their desk or cubicle? Isn’t it something to be concerned about? Definitely it is! This often happens when employees are not happy with their workplace, and when possible they want to stay away from it.

They do it in break’s name. The breaks sometimes go out of control that you hardly see employees in their workplace, and you may even think they’re on leave. It doesn’t mean that all the time the employees have to stick to their place. But, very frequent breaks–time for your office space to think about!

Limited Personal Engagement

You’ll probably feel somewhat isolated as an entrepreneur, but if your employees start closing off, it’s a sign that something is wrong.Ideally, on an almost personal level, your team will be tight-knit and connected to each other. That’s not always possible, but light chatter and humor are signs of smooth running of things. If your office is eerily quiet, or if you never see your employees talking to each other, they may be dissatisfied.

Lacking enthusiasm

Enthusiastic employees are always the ones who give their productivity 100 percent. They find ways to keep themselves productive, which for any business is definitely a plus. What if when employees are at work they are least enthusiastic? They’re not even going to be able to do the routine tasks on time.

This is the case with employees working in a boring office space. They lack enthusiasm, and sometimes they even seem to report to the office for the sake of attendance, which would otherwise be a loss of pay. To be productive and give their best, employees must first love their work and workplace. It’s what you can do as a business owner to give them a productive place of work.

Evident Inefficiency

It becomes very obvious sometimes that your employees do not seem to be working to their full potential. They will not be able to fulfill the task within the deadlines. To do the tasks assigned to them, they appear to be inefficient. Have you ever looked at the reason behind it?

It could be because of the space of the bland office. It’s not, of course, the only reason for their inefficiency, but it’s one of the reasons. Few employees are sick of their boring office space, not feeling lively and dynamic to take on the task. This often lowers their productivity and turns the efficiency into something.

Misalignment with Company Culture :

The secret weapon employers need to create a happy work environment is often to pay attention to corporate culture.Company culture, in a very general sense, describes how employees and employers of a company think, feel and act.Employees want to work for companies they believe in and feel confident about; thus, at least, communicating the company’s mission statement, values and goals is crucial for employers. Thus, when making their job decisions, employees will feel well informed and confident.

But, if that communication is vague or absent, it is likely to cause confusion, misunderstanding, feeling out of place, and may even give rise to disagreements with management or colleagues.

Frequent Resigns :

People leave jobs to advance their careers or for personal reasons, but employees who leave in droves may point to a high degree of unhappiness. An employee who turns into a resignation with some seniority in the company is often a sign that something is wrong within your company. Exit interviews are a chance to find out why employees leave the company and can go
