Attitude is defined as
A predisposition or a tendency to respond positively or negatively towards a certain idea, object, person, or situation. Attitude influences an individual’s choice of action, and responses to challenges, incentives, and rewards (together called stimuli).
Four major components of attitude are (1) Affective: emotions or feelings. (2) Cognitive: belief or opinions held consciously. (3) Conative: inclination for action. (4) Evaluative: positive or negative response to stimuli.
One of the most important steps you can take toward achieving your greatest potential in life is to learn to monitor your attitude and its impact on your work performance, relationships and everyone around you.
Your attitude determines the state of the world you live in. It is the foundation for every success and every failure you have had and will have. It will make you or break you.
Your attitude controls your life. But the good news? You control your attitude.
Attitude creates the way you feel about people and situations. Your actions are a result of your attitude—which in turn creates a reaction from others.
